Food Hall Co and its participating two open food halls of Legacy Hall in Plano, Texas and Assembly Food Hall in Nashville, Tennessee both have dedicated sales teams devoted to helping sell out the venues for private events, parties, and gatherings. These private event bookings are largely profitable for both halls as the halls for a variety of reasons and as such were a large focus of many seasonal campaigns and pushes to realize their potential.
Targeted campaigns around corporate holiday parties, post new years parties, conferences going on in the area, and many other events, led to several creative pieces to capitalize on these occasions.
Campaign efforts included landing pages, mini sites, email marketing, digital display ads, in-venue print and digital ads, and social media marketing.
