Assembly Food Hall is North America’s largest food hall spanning multiple floors and located in the heart of downtown Nashville at the corner of Fifth and Broadway. This high foot traffic location in a city with booming tourism means that Assembly Food Hall has to match and compete with many other local operations and stand out. As part of my time at Food Hall Co, I created several ad sets to engage local and traveling audiences alike while also leading and creating a small refresh campaign in order to help achieve a more memorable creative styling for audiences to identify.
Assembly Food Hall has long been a staple of the downtown Nashville food scene. With it’s many eateries from multicultural chefs offering a variety of flavors, Food Hall Co leadership tasked me with refreshing our ad set. The approach was simple, continue to highlight the gourmet offerings of our chefs while also matching vibrant energy of downtown Nashville and helping to create a distinct and recognizable visual style that would also expedite creative workflows. These patterns and textures helped to build more on the key features of the brand while helping audiences identify further “That’s Assembly Food Hall.”
